Made-to-Order Processing

All items at Isekai Threads are made to order. This means your order goes into production after payment is confirmed. Please allow additional processing time before your order is shipped.

Typical production time is 5–10 business days, depending on the product and order volume. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship across India via trusted courier partners.
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily serve customers within India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier or logistics partner delays
Natural disasters, strikes, or force majeure events
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
Customs clearance (for international orders)

Failed Delivery & Re-Shipping

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
In the event of a size exchange, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning and re-sending the item.
