At Isekai Threads, every garment is made to order after purchase. This allows us to maintain quality, exclusivity, and reduce overproduction. Because each item is produced specifically for you, all sales are final.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns and refunds are generally not accepted.

Returns

  • Returns are not accepted.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not offered due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only in the following situations:

  • The item arrives damaged, or

  • An incorrect item is delivered

To request an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photo or video evidence must be provided.

  • All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval.

Size Exchanges

Size exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis after inspection.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be completely unused

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Returned in original condition with all tags intact

Exchanges will be rejected if there are any signs of:

  • Wear

  • Washing

  • Odor

  • Damage or alteration

Size exchanges are subject to availability, and are not guaranteed.

Shipping

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with size exchanges.
